B.E.D. Online Services

Customers of Boston Express Delivery now have the capability to access information about any order that they've placed with us, and access that information online with any internet web browser. Details such as proof of delivery, time of delivery, cost of delivery or any internal billing data can be accessed. The actual delivery data comes real time from our couriers on the road using wireless technology to log the times of pickup and delivery and the name of the recipient, all of which becomes instantly available online to our customers.

Another new extended service is online order entry. Available M-F, from 8:00am-6:00pm, customers are now able to enter orders online, from any web browser without picking up a phone. Although we would surely miss speaking with many of you, we'd be happy to instruct and set up all existing customer accounts in order to allow everyone to take advantage of this easy, optional way of doing business with us. It takes just a few minutes, and once it's set up you'll be able to order our services by either picking up the phone or by reaching for your mouse and keyboard.

Coming Soon: We're now working on migrating and configuring our billing system in order to provide customer access to payment history and the ability to pay bills online. We'll always be enhancing our online services so stay tuned for future developments!
